a movie that you felt strongly about“One movie that has left a lasting impact on me would have to be “The Pursuit of Happiness,” which starred one of my favourite actors, Will Smith.

I remember first watching it sometime in 2006 when it was first released and I remember being completely engrossed in the story.

It is based on the true rags-to-riches story of Chris Gardner, a struggling salesman who becomes homeless with his young son. Despite countless hurdles and obstacles, Gardner never loses hope or gives up on his dream of becoming a stockbroker.

I was able to relate to this movie on a personal level because it reminded me of the power of perseverance and resilience. I’ve always believed in chasing my dreams, no matter how difficult the journey may be. But “The Pursuit of Happiness” showed me that it takes more than just ambition and hard work to achieve success. It takes a lot of determination, grit, and a positive attitude even when faced with unimaginable challenges.

As well as that, the movie also taught me some valuable lessons about the importance of family and the sacrifices a parent is willing to make for their child. The bond between Chris and his son, portrayed brilliantly by real-life father and son duo Will and Jaden Smith, brought tears to my eyes.

Overall, “The Pursuit of Happyness” left a profound impact on me with its powerful storytelling and inspirational message. Whenever I feel discouraged or face challenges in my own life, I think back to this movie and it gives me the strength and motivation to keep going. It truly is a film that I will always feel strongly about.

Thank you.”

Do most people today prefer to watch movies at home or in the cinema? Why?

Describe a movie that you felt strongly about“In my opinion, it seems like the majority of people today prefer to watch movies at home rather than in the cinema.

I think this is because streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu have made it more convenient to access a wide variety of movies in the comfort of our own homes.

As well as that, the rising costs of movie tickets and snacks at the cinema can be a deterrent for many people.

Having said that, there are still of course a lot of people who enjoy the atmosphere and experience of watching a movie on the big screen at the cinema.”

What are some differences between watching a movie at home and watching a movie in the cinema?

“Personally,I believe there are a few key differences between watching a movie at home and in the cinema.

Firstly, at home, you have the luxury of pausing the movie or taking a break whenever you want.

On the other hand, in the cinema, you have the full cinematic experience with a huge screen and surround sound, and can enjoy all the wonderful special effects in the latest blockbuster.

Another difference is the social aspect , and at home, you can watch a movie together with a few friends or family, but in the cinema, you’re surrounded by strangers.

Overall, I prefer the cosiness of home, but I guess nothing actually compares to the big screen experience in the cinema.”

Has technology had an effect on the way we watch movies?

“Yeah, absolutely! I believe that technology has definitely had a huge impact on the way we watch movies.

With the rise of streaming services and online platforms, we no longer have to go to the theatre or wait for a movie to come out on DVD.

What’s more, the quality of the picture and sound has drastically improved with the advancement of  home screens and audio systems.

However, on the downside, I think we may have actually become too reliant on technology and lost some of the traditional movie-viewing experience.

But overall, I think it’s made watching movies more convenient and enjoyable.”

What kinds of movies do you think are best watched in a cinema?

describe a movie that gave you strong feelings“Well, personally, I think the kinds of movies that are best watched on the big screen in a cinema are action-packed blockbusters,  and immersive experiences like horror movies or thrillers.

These types of movies are meant to be seen in a dark room with a huge screen and booming surround sound, which can really enhance the overall viewing experience.

On top of that, the excitement and energy of watching with a large audience can’t be replicated at home, and that’s why I always prefer going to the cinema for these kinds of movies.”
