“The first person who comes to mind is my good friend Sarah,who’s an absolute pro at making people feel at home in her beautiful house.

As soon as you walk through the door of her cosy home, Sarah greets you with a warm smile and a big hug, like an old friend.

Do people in your country often invite others to their homes? Why?
“Yes, generally speaking, it’s quite common for people to invite others to their homes for various reasons.
One of the main reasons is to strengthen relationships as well as bonding with friends and family.
This happens most often during holidays or special occasions, where people often host gatherings and invite loved ones to celebrate together.
As well as that, I think that inviting others to one’s home also allows people to showcase their hospitality and even share their culture by preparing traditional meals and engaging in meaningful conversations.
Personally, I believe that inviting others to each other’s homes helps create a sense of community and fosters deeper connections among people.”
What kinds of people do you think are most likely to invite others to their homes?
“In my opinion, I guess people who are very outgoing, hospitable, and enjoy socialising are most likely to invite others to their homes.
These kinds of people usually have a very welcoming and warm personality which makes others feel comfortable and at ease in their homes.
As well as that, I think those who are close with their friends and family are more likely to extend invitations for gatherings or parties. For example, one of my more extroverted and sociable friends always enjoys welcoming friends over for dinners or game nights.
On top of that, I guess people who have a spacious and well-decorated home may also be more inclined to invite others over to show off their cosy and inviting space. “
Should you bring a gift if you are invited to someone’s home in your country?
“Yes, generally speaking,In my country, it is actually customary to bring some kind of gift when invited to someone’s home.
This shows appreciation and respect for the host and their hospitality, which I believe is quite important.
What’s more, I believe that it helps to create a positive and warm atmosphere.
For instance, a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, or a nice bottle of wine are common gifts in my culture.
Personally, I believe that bringing a gift is a thoughtful gesture and helps to strengthen relationships.”
Do you think it’s more likely to be invited to someone’s home in the countryside rather than the city?
“Well, that’s an interesting question, and I guess it is actually a possibility that one is more likely to be invited to someone’s home in the countryside compared to the city.
I think maybe this is because in rural areas, people often tend to have larger homes and often have more space to accommodate guests.
On top of that, there may be fewer social events and activities available in the countryside, which makes hosting friends and acquaintances a welcome change.
Mind you,I don’t think that this is always the case as I think it depends on individual preferences and circumstances.
For example, someone living in the city may have a larger home and enjoy hosting gatherings.”
