“Yes! I absolutely adore eating ice cream! Especially when it’s warm out, it’s the perfect way to cool down. I’m always willing to try new flavours and love to experiment with different toppings. Ice cream is always a great treat that I look forward to.”
“Absolutely! Ice cream is one of my absolute favourite treats. Every time I eat it, I’m reminded of all the good times I’ve had, and the happiness it brings. I could eat it every single day and never get tired of it. Yum!”
“No, to be honest, I’m not a big fan. Ice cream just isn’t my thing, and I’d rather have something savoury or sweet that isn’t too cold. ”

“I absolutely love ice cream! My favourite flavour has to be mint chocolate chip. I love the combination of the creamy mint with the crunchy chocolate chips. Every time I eat it I’m instantly reminded of warm summer days and it always puts a smile on my face.”
“I’m a sucker for a classic vanilla ice cream. It’s creamy, sweet, and always hits the spot. I love the way it melts in my mouth and how it can be paired with so many different toppings. Every time I have it, it’s like I’m tasting it for the first time. It’s the perfect comfort food for me!”
idioms.
The idiom “I’m a sucker for” means that someone is particularly fond of something. For example, “I’m a sucker for romantic comedies, I could watch them all day!”
Comfort food is food that brings a feeling of warmth and happiness, usually associated with nostalgia. For example, “My grandma’s mac and cheese is my ultimate comfort food. Whenever I’m feeling down, it always brings a smile to my face.”
3). Are there any shops in your local area that sell ice cream?
“Yes! I’m very happy to say that there are plenty of shops in my local area that sell ice cream. I love getting to choose from a variety of flavours and having a delicious treat on a hot summer day. “
“Yes! I’m so lucky to have a few shops in my local area that sell ice cream, and you can usually find groups of very excited kids queuing up for their favourite kind of ice cream on a hot summer’s day.”
4). Did you often eat ice cream as a young child?
“Yes! As a kid, I absolutely loved eating ice cream. I still remember always begging my parents to buy me a cone or cup of my favourite flavour every time we went to the store.”
“Nope, to be honest,my mother wouldn’t let me have ice cream or other sweet things as a young kid. I was always kinda sad when I saw my friends eating their ice creams and I didn’t get to join in. It was like I was missing out on a key part of childhood.”
5) Do you know how to make ice cream?
“Nope, I don’t know how to make ice cream. I remember my mom never let me try it as a kid, and I was actually a bit disappointed that I never got the chance to learn.”
“I remember the time I tried to make ice cream by myself. It didn’t come out quite as good as I hoped it would, but it was still edible. I learned a lot from that experience, and now I’m actually much better at making it.”
“To be honest, I don’t, but It sounds like it would be a lot of fun, and maybe healthier that shop bought ice cream. I’ve actually always wanted to try my hand at making it but haven’t had the opportunity yet.”
6) Why do you think so many people like ice cream?
“I think Ice cream is the ultimate comfort food! It’s the perfect pick-me-up after a long day, as well as being a great way to celebrate special occasions and it’s just so yummy! “
“I think ice cream is a treat that never gets old, and it’s always a hit with kids and adults alike. Plus, it’s so customizable with endless flavours, mix-ins and toppings. Who doesn’t like ice cream!”
